Let’s breathe the sea in and breathe the sea out. The calming breathes started the Foxes’ session. They did a quick weather check and wondered down to the beach.

Beach School began with the usual deep, meditative breaths of air, sea, clouds and grass. This has become a pivotal moment for the children as they transition from walking along the roads down to the beach.
