Eco-Friendly Early Years Award 2024 : We are thrilled to have been awarded the Nursery World Eco-Friendly Early Years Award 2024, recognizing our commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly practices. This award celebrates our efforts in embedding sustainability into our curriculum, from our plant-based menus to our children’s kitchen garden, where they learn about growing their food. We believe that instilling a love for nature and an understanding of environmental responsibility in our children is crucial for their future.
Team Development Award 2024 : We are honoured to have received the Highly Commended recognition for the Nursery World Team Development Award 2024. This award acknowledges our exceptional team development and support, which is the backbone of our high-quality care and education. We are committed to investing in our staff, providing ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for our children.
We’re committed to paying our staff a voluntary wage rate above the government-mandated minimum wage. All our staff are carefully chosen, we want to maintain a happy environment and are invested in the well-being of our team. Working Towards Renewal We are proud to have previously received the Green Flag Eco-Schools Award, recognising our commitment to sustainability and environmental education. We are currently working towards renewing this award, continuing our efforts in promoting eco-friendly practices and educating our children about the importance of protecting our planet.
