We have reasonable precautions in place to protect your Personal Data and ensure that this is not accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed inappropriately. We have password protected devices and accounts to ensure data remains secure. Any paper records are stored securely. We do not retain any personal data for any longer than is necessary for its purpose or required by law.

When we send a promotional communication to a user via Famly, MailChimp or email, you can opt out of further promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in each e-mail. You have the right to know what personal data we process (this Privacy Notice), request a copy of your personal data held by us (subject access request), ask us correct any errors, ask us to erase any personal data we hold with your consent, unless we are required by law to retain this, and to object to our processing your data or make a complaint.
