Personal Information may be submitted to us using the enquiry form which is completed and then submitted to us. The personal data we collect is used to manage enquiries, bookings and communicate with you about our service that we provide. It is also used to ensure we are able to meet any specific needs such as access requirements and dietary needs.

We use a secure email account, MailChimp, Famly and Survey Monkey to manage our contact with you as well as communicating using Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. These and other third-party service providers, such as payment processors, have their own privacy policies and we recommend that you read these so that you can understand how they will use your data

In addition, we may disclose your Personal Information if required to do so by law or if you violate our Terms of Use.

HOW WE PROTECT INFORMATION
We have reasonable precautions in place to protect your Personal Data and ensure that this is not accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed inappropriately.  We have password protected devices and accounts to ensure data remains secure. Any paper records are stored securely. We do not retain any personal data for any longer than is necessary for its purpose or required by law.  

YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING THE USE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
You have the right at any time to prevent us from contacting you for marketing purposes. When we send a promotional communication to a user via Famly, MailChimp or email, you can opt out of further promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in each e-mail. You have the right to know what personal data we process (this Privacy Notice), request a copy of your personal data held by us (subject access request), ask us correct any errors, ask us to erase any personal data we hold with your consent, unless we are required by law to retain this, and to object to our processing your data or make a complaint. Our Service is hosted by WordPress and provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to provide the Service to you.  Your information, including Personal Information, may be stored through WordPress servers.  By using the Service, you consent to WordPress collection, disclosure, storage, and use of your Personal Information in accordance with WordPress privacy policy available at https://en-gb.wordpress.org/about/privacy/
