We use a secure email account, MailChimp, Famly and Survey Monkey to manage our contact with you as well as communicating using Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. These and other third-party service providers, such as payment processors, have their own privacy policies and we recommend that you read these so that you can understand how they will use your data

We have reasonable precautions in place to protect your Personal Data and ensure that this is not accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed inappropriately.  We have password protected devices and accounts to ensure data remains secure. Any paper records are stored securely. We do not retain any personal data for any longer than is necessary for its purpose or required by law.

When we send a promotional communication to a user via Famly, MailChimp or email, you can opt out of further promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in each e-mail.
