We have reached October somehow, the year is flying by!
The Chimps and Howlers have ignored the cold weather this week and enjoyed their beautiful beach scene role play with real sand, arm bands and a huge palm tree. They have also been very healthy and made their own fruit smoothies to drink at snack time and they have created some fantastically colourful collages.
The Baboons had lots of fun this week using different size string to make some very creative artwork. They also got good and messy using blocks to make prints in shaving foam and posted all their drawings in their own Post Office Postbox.
The Gorillas used our very own garden pears to cook some extra yummy pear and apple crumble. They turned into archeologists and hunted for different dinosaur bones in their sand pit and explored the texture of rice in paint while creating some bumpy pictures.
