Trips and Outings

Young Friends Kindergarten recognises the benefits from trips outside of the nursery. They can satisfy a child's natural curiosity to learn about and explore what the outdoors has to offer, as well as help them become more self-assured and aware of the world around them.

Our trips are an important part of enabling our children to feel a part of the local community and to further enrich their experience with us. We go on daily trips for many different reasons:

Beach clean ups
Beach activities
Park/green space activities
Local shops
Kitchen garden
Recycling
A trip round the block in the kiddibus
