At Young Friends Kindergarten our team members are our biggest and best resource. All our staff are carefully chosen following safe recruitment policies, and are fully committed to supporting children and families. Our staff:child ratios exceed the basic statutory requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage. This gives you the opportunity to spend more time with each child, and build meaningful relationships with them.

If you join us, you’ll get a thorough induction, ongoing supervision and encouragement to grow and develop personally and professionally. As a member of our supportive nursery team you’ll receive expert training in providing high quality child-initiated play experiences in our beautiful natural environments.
