Tahini protein balls
Makes 48 portions
Ingredients:
- 540g Medjool dates
- 240g rolled oats
- 385g tahini
- 40g hemp seeds
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
- Soak the dates in hot water for 10 minutes to soften, then blend into a paste adding some of the soaking water if needed to loosen
- Add oats, tahini, hemp seeds and cinnamon
- Roll into 48 small balls or press into a baking tray and put into the fridge for an hour
- Serve the balls as they are or remove from the baking tray and cut into individual portions
