Ingredients:
- 270 g Oats
- 120 g Quinoa flakes
- 120 g Spelt flakes
- 420 g Sunflower seeds
- 390 g Pumpkin seeds
- 180 g Ground flaxseed
- 100 g Desiccated coconut
- 168 g Coconut oil
- 24 g Cinnamon
- 45 g Agave/maple syrup
- 12 g Vanilla extract
- Zest of 1 Orange (optional)
Preparation
- Melt the coconut oil, with the syrup, vanilla and cinnamon.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, mix together and spread on a baking tray.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden, stir half way through to ensure even cooking.
- Allow to cool and store in an air tight container
Serve with either milk or yogurt.
