Joining us
If Young Friends feels like the right fit for your family, we’d love to hear from you. Here’s how it works:
Step 1
Fill in our enquiry form with as much detail as you can about your child and your childcare needs.
Step 2
We'll be in touch to arrange a visit and send you a video about life at Young Friends beforehand. Visits are kept short so as not to interrupt the children's day.
Step 3
If you'd like to reserve a space, email enquiries@youngfriends.co.uk with your exact requirements. We'll check availability and talk you through the next steps.
Step 4
You'll receive a welcome pack including key policies, a contract and an All About Your Child form, along with your Famly log-in and guidance on preparing your child for starting.
Step 5
We'll send you an offer email outlining what we can provide and when. A deposit secures the space.
Step 6
Your child's key person will introduce themselves via Famly and arrange the settling-in sessions.

To apply or request a visit, complete our enquiry form. This goes directly to our Famly management system to process your request and details, respond promptly, and arrange a visit at a time that suits you.
