See a sample of our plant-based weekly menu.

At Young Friends, every meal and snack is made from scratch using fresh, seasonal, plant-based ingredients.

Many of the fruit and vegetables you see on this menu come from our own kitchen garden. Below you can see a sample weekly menu, detailing what children eat throughout each day, along with the nutritional breakdown for every meal.

The Daily Total column shows your child’s combined intake across the full day. The RDA column shows the Recommended Daily Amount for children aged 1–3 years, and the RDA % column shows how much of that daily requirement is met by a full day at Young Friends.

All meals are 100% plant-based.
