Tahini protein balls

Makes 48 portions

Ingredients:

  • 540g Medjool dates
  • 240g rolled oats
  • 385g tahini
  • 40g hemp seeds
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Soak the dates in hot water for 10 minutes to soften, then blend into a paste adding some of the soaking water if needed to loosen
  2. Add oats, tahini, hemp seeds and cinnamon
  3. Roll into 48 small balls or press into a baking tray and put into the fridge for an hour
  4. Serve the balls as they are or remove from the baking tray and cut into individual portions
