  • 120 g sourdough bread, toasted, cut in pieces (2 cm)
  • 400 g plum tomatoes, very ripe, quartered
  • 40 g olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 Tbsp sherry vinegar
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika, plus extra for garnishing
