We aim to ensure that all people working with children are suitable to do so and we are therefore extremely vigilant when recruiting new staff to join our team.
Young Friends Kindergarten will ensure that a safe caring environment is created so children can thrive and achieve; staff, volunteers and children feel safe, and everyone knows/feels that their welfare is a high priority.
For all positions within Young Friends Kindergarten, suitability checks including enhanced DBS is required.

Other references may include schoolteacher/lecturer/business or professional people who have known you for more than two years. They must not be relatives or friends.
