Some useful tips for you parents!

πŸ€– Bring in toys to nursery for swaps or to give away (after they've been cleaned of course!),

πŸ€– Go to charity shops to buy and donate toys,

πŸ€– Encourage children to clear out old toys and clothes that they don't use anymore and do a sale to raise money for a charity either online or in person,

πŸ€– Package up old toys and send to somewhere that needs them e.g. care home, community centres, children's charities.

πŸ€– Break down plastic toys as usually parts can be recycled separately.

Everyday he seems to come home with a new skill. We were initially a bit daunted about him attending 4 days a week at only one year old, but he has forged great bonds with the team and is always happy to go to nursery and always comes home in a great mood! Living in a city centre, this nursery offers so much that we don’t at home, including a great garden that is packed full of nature. The eco ethos is an added bonus."
