Our SENCo representative oversees all our inclusive practice with regards to SEN children. As much as possible, we try to accommodate any children who come to us with additional needs. When additional needs are identified, either before or during their time with us here, the SENCo will provide direct support in ensuring all staff are engaging in inclusive practice, such as creating sensory boxes/boards, ensuring all activities incorporate the perfect balance of verbal and visual communication, etc. We continuously liaise with PRESENS and outside agencies to gain advice where necessary and ensure that our SEN children will thrive in our setting and that we can fully meet their individual needs.
